"Person Specification:

Essential:

* An expert in process transformation/improvement(not necessarily HR related)
* Must be able to provide support and guidance and achieve results under challenging and pressurised circumstances
* Comprehensive experience at providing coaching and awareness for the customer base
* Extensive knowledge of SAP and HR processes
* Extensive knowledge of governance, controls and risk management
* Extensive project/programme delivery experience
* Expertise in Org and Position Mgmt
* Strong Influencing skills
* Complex Analysis/Problem Solving/Decision making
* Ability to build strong relationships with senior management
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Effective in leading and developing high performance teams
* Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to define and communicate

Additional critical qualities:
* Must be highly credible to HR Transformation Leadership Team, HR Business Partners and key senior stakeholders
* Considerable ability to 'hit the ground running' in an unfamiliar environment.

This activity will include the following work packages:

* End to end process design for Organisation Management and Transfer (internal mobility)
* Additional targeted process design/process improvements across HR processes.
* Translation and delivery of above process enhancements into the HR Portal and HR Services organisation.
* Act as HR lead coordinating engagement between the programme, HR and broader business stakeholders
* Detailed analysis of proposed system and process changes and associated recommendations for improvements for colleagues
* Identify and develop innovative solutions/initiatives/improvements to enhance the integrated HR process and technology proposition
* Extensive presentation skills required to enable the business to fully understand HR strategy and associated design principles
* Regularly attend meetings with senior stakeholders to present project status and updates, where necessary negotiating deadlines
* Negotiation with senior stakeholders, defining the correct set up of structures for their business area. Including review and challenge when the business are attempting to go out of governance for the OM Processes
* Working with the Global Design & Transformation Lead track delivery to plan and manage and mitigate associated risks and issues.
* Provide the team with regular oversight of planned, actual and delivered work
* Supporting the HR Global Design Lead with other HR project and design activity where required.
* Ongoing Process Improvement
* Work with HR Global Design Lead to identify and implement any observed process improvements."
