HR Transaction Data Manager

We urgently require a HR Transaction Data Manager to work onsite in London, working on an IPO project. This role will be liaising with senior stakeholders across the business to validate information and log any assumptions made. This role will be to source and co-ordinate key HR and People data in support of the Transaction project. To manage the information flows between different parts of the function, ensuring all sources are documented and audited. The information, presenting back and the ability to tell the story of the situation and possible outcomes. There may be some due diligence activity as well. The scope in terms of size for this role is huge, with this being the largest IPO in Europe, this role will be the key in ensuring that the data gathered, interpreted and analysed is correct.

Key deliverable will be:
* To ensure consistency in the data gathered and assess confidence levels of materials.
* To ensure we have a data audit trail for all the inputs to the data book and any supporting files. Ensure that all central standards are followed.
* To liaise with senior stakeholders across the business to validate information and log any assumptions made.
* To support the HR lead by providing legal requirements to the lawyers and accountants in support of the due diligence process ahead of privatisation.
* To produce presentational packs and documents relating to the HR strategy and employee journey based on information provided by internal HR stakeholders.
* To manage the change control process of the documents/data and carry out any appropriate amendments to the documents ensuring consistency across documents.
