My London based Client has an opening for an experienced, hands on HR Talent Consultant to assist in a Global project implementing new Talent technology which will enable Succession Planning, Talent Review and Career Development.

The client is looking to build a Data Warehouse system which will utilise HR Analytics to aid in attracting, motivating, rewarding and developing their employees to achieve objectives and business plans.

The primary purpose of this role is to support the Talent Management Project Manager in the design and end to end implementation of a new Talent Management and Data Warehouse system. The job holder is the subject matter expert in all aspects of Talent Management, SPECIFICALLY SUCCESSION PLANNING, business processes (Talent review and Career development) and supporting technologies. You will be the business process expert providing guidance and advice where necessary assisting in the end to end process design, configuration and deployment of the technology throughout the business. You will also be involved in testing and training.

You will be a strong communicator and be able to challenge and coach senior stakeholders sometimes under pressure and within tight timescales. You must be able to present and communicate diligently, articulate your thoughts and ideas in a manner that all levels of personnel will understand with gravitas and conviction.

Your CV will reflect all the skills and experience above and must include at least one previous, full life cycle implementation of a Talent Management system, SPECIFICALLY AROUND SUCCESSION PLANNING, Talent Review & Career Development. In addition, you will have extensive HR Business process skills acquired within at least 3 HR project, preferably in a Talent Technology programme.

You will also need to demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills, attention to detail and be hungry to succeed as a strong work ethic is essential.
