HR Systems User Experience Consultant

Would you like to work for a large multinational? Do you want to be involved in the organization of good HR communication and training? And ensure proper HR documentation? This HR systems user experience role gives you the opportunity to work for one of the most influential Dutch organizations, in where you can implement both your HR knowledge as well as your user experience design experience. The HR systems department is responsible for all HR related systems such as HR portals and E-learning and due to the increased workload they created a need for a temporary role for at least 6 months.

About you

I am looking for a rather junior candidate that has gained a couple years of experience in the field of HR, and has worked in a user experience role. You are an energetic person that can work well in a high demanding environment where you can showcase your excellent problem solving skills.

Job requirements

- A couple of years of relevant experience in an HR related role
- Experience in HR user experience
- Master degree in Human resources or equivalent
- Fluent English language skills
