IHRE AUFGABEN:
-General Performance and Compensation support
-Participants administration: moving candidates through the workflow, re-opening forms, and others
-Help in Compensation Exercise letter production and distribution
-Provide progress reports during Performance and Compensation cycles
-System support for access/process issues during Performance and Compensation tasks
-Produce standard monthly reports
-Produce scorecard data and specific reporting
-Entries and maintenance in Zebra HR System/Expert HR
-System issues troubleshooting
-Creating Training Manuals and documentation
-SAP Support: creating vendors, contracts, purchase orders and requisitions, issue receipts
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-University degree in Computer Science, IT, Economics or any other related discipline
-Past experience in analysis and reporting using HR systems
-Strong Microsoft Excel skills
-Confident with interfaces and data feeds
-Reporting experience is an asset
-Project Management experience is an asset
-SAP and Zebra/Expert HR knowledge is an asset
-Team player with ability to multitask
-Detail oriented and proactive
-Fluent in English, any other language skills are an asset
