Gibbs S3 are currently recruiting for a HR Systems Director to join a large banking client based in London.
This role is a 12 month contract initially that is paying £750 per day
Key skills:
*Proven ability to influence and communicate at senior levels
*Understanding of process change, technology and HR processes
*Proven understanding of HR operating model and service delivery model
*Experienced in Transformation Programmes
*Experience in facilitation of cultural change
*Understanding the business and using this knowledge to develop approach to change and communications
*Ability to adapt style with customer base
*Good understanding of HR systems and services at a business level esp Success Factors
*Strong level of knowledge in change management
*Strong track record of delivering HR Projects and programmes
*Programme and Project management experience.
*Has extensive experience of understanding business requirements, change impacts and communications delivery
*Excellent verbal and written communications skills
*Problem solving ability
*Good analytical skills, with experience in problem solving in an HR environment.
*Knowledge of working within HR processes.
*Good understanding of Risk Management principles and policies
*Good understanding of the Global Business Units and HRS operating model
*Experience in negotiating and influencing across senior levels
*Change management theory
