HR Systems Business Analyst/Project Manager - Banking

This particular organisation are looking for someone who can act as a liaison point between the HR department in the UK and the IT delivery teams based within the EMEA region. THEREFORE A STRONG BUSINESS ANALYSIS BACKGROUND WITHIN BANKING IS REQUIRED. SOME PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS ALSO REQUIRED.

A BANKING OR FINANCIAL SERVICES BACKGROUND IS ESSENTIAL TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE. IF YOU HAVE WORKED WITH HR SYSTEMS FROM A BA AND/OR PM PERSPECTIVE WITHIN BANKING AND FINANCIAL SERVICES, YOU WILL HAVE A SIGNIFICANT ADVANTAGE.

You must be able to demonstrate previous experience of working on multiple HR IT systems projects SIMULTANEOUSLY as this is what this role calls for.

There will be a slight preference for those candidates that have worked on projects involving ORACLE HR SYSTEMS.

Role responsibilities and requirements will include:

Producing functional and technical documentation

Acting as a technical liaison point for the HR department

A good overview of project management. There will be a limited degree of pure project management in the role but you will be expected to liaise with project teams and manage key issues

Requirements validation

Defining SLAs for the newly implemented services and existing ones

Working with users and technical teams to determine post-implementation issues

A say in future HR systems strategy
