HR SYSTEMS AND METRICS ANALYST - 6 MONTH CONTRACT

Are you looking to progress your career in a FTSE100 organisation? Here at Severn Trent Water we are recruiting for a HR Systems & Metrics Administrator to ensure that the HR & Payroll systems are operated efficiently and effectively to ensure that the HR records are properly maintained and that employees are paid accurately and on-time.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will maintain the HR/Payroll system and interfaces (in particular those with SAP), including systems testing and enhancements to ensure that employees are paid accurately on time. A key part of this role is to provide reporting expertise and support to users of the HR & Payroll system and the production of HR metrics. You will continually review and improves the use of systems, ensuring consistence of use and sound internal controls as well as acting as the interface with STW and Group HR representatives, providing an advisory service regarding the internal system and ensuring effective communications with all key stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU
Although HR & Payroll systems experience is not essential, you will have a strong background in analysing data, producing monthly and yearly MI reports and having the ability to communicate this effectively. You will be confident in dealing with all users at all levels of the business and good communication skills are essential. If you have an analytical mind with a keen interest in resolving problems along with strong planning skills and the ability to organise small scale projects effectively then this is the role for you.
