- Create reviews and feasibility analysis for HR Projects and applications
- Create project plans
- Create architecture analysis for Applications
- Analyse the requirements on similarities and differences
- Reporting and documentation
KNOW-HOW:
- Experience as a Project Lead in an HR/IT environment
- Knowledge of HRIS, IT Technologies and methods
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture or Requirements Engineering
- Knowledge of Avature or 4Success is advantageous
- Fluent English and German
LANGUAGE KNOWLEDGE:
- Written and spoken English and German is required
