HR Systems Analyst - City of London - up to £40,000 plus Bonus and Benefits

An opportunity has become available for a HR systems analyst to work within a globally recognised and highly reputable support services organisation. You will sit within the HRIS team and have the opportunity to work on a number of exciting projects outlined within the roadmap over the next 5 years.

Main purpose of the job

- Provide first line support to the business for HR systems and provide relevant training on HR systems within the HR department.
- HR Project lead on HR systems related projects
- Perform ongoing maintenance of SAP HR organisational structures

Key responsibilities

- Develop an understanding of HR systems and data flows
- Liaise with the SAP team/IS to ensure that any technical issues are understood and resolved
- Perform and manage UAT of on-going enhancements
- Resolution of stakeholders queries within agreed SLA delivery times
