HR System Analyst

3 month contract+ - £445 per day

Our client is a global energy organisation and is looking for a HR System Analyst to join the team on an initial 3 month contract with a strong possibility of extension.

You will be responsible for providing support day to day support of HR systems.

Responsibilities:

- Support the technical analysis and configuration for new/amended functionality as part of the design process for systems, solutions and process improvements for resourcing/recruitment.
- Working with applications consultants to agree relevant HR functional design.
- Prepare and own documentation of processes and requirements.
- Test conceptual designs and new functionality
- Define test scenarios for testing team
- Ensure processes fit with wider HR existing and future processes.
- Participate in implementation of new processes, identifying and resolving issues as required.
- Work with other work streams to ensure consistency of implementation.
- Manage all elements of data analysis and mapping in system/process design, including detailed analysis of offer letters and other contract documentation

Skills:

- Excellent at analysing complex processes and developing global solutions.
- Experience of process design related to implementing packaged software/SaaS desirable
- Experience of hands-on testing of proof of concept solutions
- Experience of applicant tracking systems desirable
