HR Support Swedish Speaking - Stockholm/Sweden

1x Swedish HR Support is needed on a contract basis in Stockholm Sweden ASAP. On behalf of one of our prestigious clients in telecommunications, we are looking for a Swedish speaking HR Support to start ASAP on contract basis in Stockholm Sweden. Fluent Swedish and English is required for application, so is work eligibility in Sweden. Working experience in telecom is important for successful application.

The role will involve being a point of reference for the HR team for cases and issues that may require investigation, face to face interaction or advice, local legal knowledge or local language capability. 

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven track record of a HR generalist background 
- Advising on grievance and disciplinary issues, recruitment and selection, employment legislation and internal policies and procedures 
- Basic knowledge of HR law 
- Ability to communicate with staff and managers at all levels in a variety of media 
- Fluent English and Swedish 
- Excellent organisational skills - able to prioritise conflicting tasks, work to deadlines and be effective under pressure 
- BA Degree educated (or similar) preferred 
- HR related qualification
