Looking for a seasoned HR Manager who has a thorough understanding of a HR Generalist position and has previously led RFP for outsourcing exercise on a global scale; CV's or call
Oversees the HR data collection activity
Facilitate the process of responding to HR related supplier Q&A
Identify project specific key barriers and enablers and change impacts to organisation readiness
Liaise with specialist teams eg Corporate communications, Employee Relations, Legal, for input on specialist areas and country specific regulation
Manage the development of project specific retention strategies: development of performance, reward and incentive structures, branding, and targeted communications
Support development of unionwe welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
