-Execute administrative HR PA processes related to interim and final reference letters end-to-end (e.g. create reference letters based on research in SAP and the reference letter tool, etc.)
-Liaise within Service Center and with other HR Service Providers (e.g. Employee Life Cycle, etc.)
-Liaise with line managers and employees
-Handle executed processes within the inhouse tracking system
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Commercial education (KV) or equivalent education (e.g. college, Berufsakademie, etc.)
-Education as “Personalassistent/in” or “Personalfachfrau/-mann” is an asset
-Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken) is a must
-HR generalist know-how
-Experienced and efficient handling of standard IT-applications as MS Office Pack, Google Mail, etc., good knowledge of SAP R/3 HR-modules
-Strong interest and experience in administrative work
-Good communication and social skills
