ROLE: VP level - HR Specialist

Summary

An opportunity has arisen to work on a strategic project within our global banking client's London office for approx. 3 months.

We require a high impact VP to support the HR work stream leads through the duration of the project, including due-diligence and integration phases etc. The ideal candidate will possess:

- professional maturity
- HR experience and gravitas to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and regions
- partnering closely with HR colleagues and business leaders;
- a willingness to 'roll up their sleeves' and get into the detail.

This dynamic role will require flexibility of approach, effective communication style and persuasion in a changing environment.

The HR specialist will report in to the HR Workstream Co-Lead located in London.

Skills:

*Prior Project Management experience preferable

*Excellent organization, written/verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

*Demonstrated experienced of operating within Financial Services

*Good knowledge and experience of HR best practices

*Ability to quickly understand business strategy and HR implications.

*Knowledge and ability of when and how to escalate issues of importance.

*Strong analytical and persuasion skills with the ability to work effectively within all levels of the organization including senior management.

*Efficiently able to work across organizational and regional boundaries to succeed in a highly-matrixed global organization

*Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Must be self-starter, independent thinker with initiative and drive.

*Must have strong relationship building, influence and consultation skills. Ability to establish and maintain positive work relationships with peers, management, key stakeholders and clients

*Displays willingness to understand, bring together and bridge diverse points of view. Values different perspectives, creating an inclusive environment.

*High integrity; able to maintain confidentiality at all times. Adheres to code of conduct; acts responsibly; protecting the reputation of the bank; controlling risks
