My client, a large Utilities company, is looking for an Interim HR Specialist, based from Hinckley.
As the Interim HR Specialist you will create and co-ordinate a work plan to support the business in the reduction of sickness absence. This will include clarifying the current situation, and making recommendations moving forwards. You will also provide advice and guidance in managing absence ensuring consistency in approach across human resources and the organisation.
