IHRE AUFGABEN:

-First point of contact for all HR related queries via the HR Shared Services mailbox, telephone or face-to-face interaction
-Provision of subject matter end-to-end HR process expertise with a strong focus on delivering a quality service in a timely manner and within agreed SLAs
-Proactively plan and manage/prioritize workload to deliver against key objectives and tasks
-Investigation of employment issues, identifying risks, making recommendations for resolution and escalation of issues as required to the Shared Services Manager, HR Business Partner, etc for final decision
-Supervision of interface processes between the core HR systems, including 3rd party Payroll systems
-Maintain employee data across all HR systems (including the newly converged Payroll systems) in a timely and accurate manner, this includes timesheet transactions, employee changes, etc. ensuring timely and accurate processing in various payroll systems

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Solid experience in an HR Shared Services role
-Work well as part of a large team and contribute to positive team environment by demonstrating respect, encouragement and cooperation
-Driven by high expectations and delivery of results
-Able to build trust based relationships with all key stakeholders
-Post-secondary education
-Preferred - Completed Human Resources/Payroll Certification/ diploma, designation or certification
-SAP or equivalent HR system experience and/or Outsourced payroll packages (ADP, Ceridian, etc.)
-Global and/or Country specific knowledge an asset
-Strong English oral and written communication skills; written and oral fluency in another language
-Organized with an ability to balance multiple complex work flows/projects in a fast paced environment
-Experience of region wide benefit/policy/process
-Proven ability to challenge processes and look for improvements
