HR Shared Service Centre Solution Architect

My client is looking for someone to devise and implement a Global HR Shared Service Centre and Centre of Excellence solution that will service over 60 countries.

Responsible for producing and delivering the overall Solution Design, you will have a holistic approach incorporating various elements within HR, such as Helpdesk, Portal & Learning Management Systems (LMS), into 4 centres, 2 inside the UK.

You will have previous demonstrable experience of integrating various Legacy and proprietary products, (as well as new and yet unidentified technologies), preferably around voice and communications, such as messaging, email & SMS. These will all be integrated via an ERP system such as Oracle using web portal technology. You will also be well versed in harmonising and streamlining processes with increased Manager Self Service functionality, driving through standard Global Practices.

Working with various 3rd Parties, you will be required to implement a vanilla approach to the various different business units both at home and abroad. This is a role that demands sound stakeholder management, strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and to challenging timelines.
