HR Resourcuing Adviser required for this Government contract that will run for a year.

The purpose of the role is to facilitate effective resourcing across all areas. The Resourcing Adviser will work closely with all areas of the business to understand their resourcing requirements, providing responsive and high quality support, guidance and advice.

This post will be responsible for multiple recruitment/resourcing campaigns, ensuring a cost effective end-to-end process. You will develop, deliver and maintain a fair, transparent and business focused approach to all resourcing requirements. As the Recruitment Adviser, your main duties will be: Working with recruiting managers, HR team members and external suppliers to plan and deliver end to end recruitment campaigns including high volume and specialist roles in a structured, timely, efficient and effective manner. To provide specialist advice to business managers about fair selection processes that reflect best practice and raises organisational recruitment capability.

To manage and provide support and advice to the Recruitment Coordinators in respect of campaign administration and recruitment best practice. To quality assure the output from the Recruitment Coordinators. Negotiating offers with all candidates up to senior manager level, advising managers on grade and salary levels to ensure value for money and equality across roles.

Forming part of recruitment and resourcing panels, conducting competency based interviews where appropriate. Proactively manage and support the business and staff members through restructures, secondments, managed moves and redeployment of internal staff, identifying opportunities and matching talent and skills to strengthen organisational capability. Contribute to the design and delivery of assessment and development centres that strongly support talent management pipeline. Effectively performance managing the Recruitment Co-ordinators and actively managing their learning and development.

SKILLS REQUIRED
In-house experience of delivering multiple concurrent end-to-end recruitment campaigns (essential) Experience of stakeholder management including influencing and coaching managers (essential). CIPD qualified (desirable). Experience of recruiting in accordance with the Civil Service Commission Recruitment Principles (highly desirable). Central Government experience (highly desirable). Knowledge of employment law legislation (desirable). Experience of working with recruitment agencies and other external suppliers (desirable)
