HR Representative

Support and assist in implementing Corporate and site HR initiatives.

- Manage the non-exempt hiring, and assist in exempt hiring.
- Create and process requisitions and coordinate with staffing on external recruiting.
- Conduct new employee orientations.
- Generate monthly reports; headcount, open position status, termination, etc.
- Manages special projects as assigned.
- Conducts training sessions on various HR topics with support of HR Business Partner.
- Other duties as required.

SKILLS:

- A bachelor's degree and 3-5 years HR General experience. A master's degree is desired.
- Professional Human Resources certification (PHR or SPHR) desired.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Working knowledge of HR SAP systems is a plus.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively both written and oral.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Adaptation to a continuously changing environment is a must.
