HR Reporting Specialist (Workday) (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Analyse, design, develop and deliver Workday HCM reports, dashboards, scorecards, KPIs
- Define, implement and maintain calculated fields
- Work closely with internal customers to gather requirements and define reporting and analytics solutions
- Share knowledge within the team and train internal consumers in the context of Workday reporting

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Good knowledge of Workday HCM, Workday Report Writer (Advanced, Composite, Matrix, nBox, Search, Transposed, Trending)
- General HR experience preferable
- Excellent organisaton and communication skills
- Good English skills, German is a plus
