HR Recruitment Partner

HR Recruitment Partner needed now by leading global insurance organization. You will need to have experience of working in a multi-layered corporate environment with multiple key stake holders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both in-house recruitment and with search firm/agency, with a solid understanding of end to end recruitment processes, as well as experience of competency based interviews.

You will also need to have proven experience in sourcing candidates through a broad range of low cost channels, including direct, job board, networking, headhunting via Internet based tools & CV database search, as well as more traditional advertising options.

You will need to clearly demonstrate a robust and slick approached to engaging with business. Be bright, articulate and has the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Candidates will ideally have proven Insurance industry experience or experience of recruiting across multiple UK locations and experience working with Graduate recruitment a plus.

This is a full time contract for six months - £50k pro ratad, London based.
