I am currently working on a great job opportunity with a client of mine in ZURICH.
They are looking for an HR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT to join their team immediately on a 3-month contract basis.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the overall recruitment cycle: selecting candidates, obtaining references issuing contracts, in different regions and divisions
- Support the other HR consultants in their daily HR business of advising and coaching line managers and employees
YOUR BACKGROUND:
- Relevant higher educational background, ideally in HR
- Minimum 9 years of working experience in recruiting
- In-depth knowledge in Swiss employment law
- Enjoyment in dealing with line managers and employees of different personalities
- Proficient user of technology
- Fluent in German and English
- Charismatic
- Good judgement skills
- Team player
- Ability to set priorities, to coordinate processes and to multitask
