MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play an important role in a busy recruitment Team that is responsible for both internal and external recruitment. You will liaise with internal and external customers to ensure that the best candidates are hired as quickly as possible in a cost effective and timely manner. This will include liaising with customers and candidates, arranging interview, referencing, tracking recruitment activity and candidates progress.

Your responsibilities will include;

- Support the Recruitment Advisors in providing a professional service to candidates, internal and external customers.
- Downloading high volumes of candidate application forms and accurately inputting them onto the recruitment system.
- Overseeing and recording the tracking of job applications.
- Ensure the candidate paper and electronic records are accurately maintained and kept up to date.
- Compile shortlists and interview packs fro the Recruitment Advisors and Managers.
- Ensuring that all job application packs/forms are sent out to applicants.
- Arrange, schedule and invite candidates to interview an open day.
- Ensuring that all relevant communication applicants, internal and external customers are accurately sent out in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the Recruitment Advisors diaries are kept up to date and relevant paperwork available in timely manner to enable the recruitment and selection process to run efficiently.
- Meet and greet candidates and liaise with internal external customers, by phone, email and face to face.
- Produce offer and rejection letters.
- Request employment and medical references.
- Maintain regular contact with candidates and keep all parties up to date on their progress.
- Ability to track and update multiple work streams concurrently, using MS Excel and internal systems.
- General administrative duties such as; monitoring the team mailbox and responding to any requests, dealing with candidates enquires professionally and in a timely manner.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

ESSENTIAL

- Previous experience in a busy administrative role.
- Good keyboard skills and IT literacy, including MS Word, Office and Excel as a must.
- Experience of coordinating meetings and managing diaries using MS Office.
- Excellent planning, administration and organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Confident, articulate and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a busy role that requires multi-taking, prioritising and delivering to deadlines.
- Thrive in a busy environment and work well under pressure.
- A strong team player ethos will be essential, as well as a positive "can-do" attitude and the ability to show initiative.

DESIRABLE

- Experience of working in a HR or Recruitment environment.
- Self motivation and drive for continuous improvement.
