HR Recruiter

We at Businesstaff have been retained by a rapidly expanding High- Speed Connectivity Company addressing the communications, computing and consumer segments in search of a part time HR Recruiter in San Jose, CA. This position is responsible for supporting the company's hiring needs by writing job descriptions, posting online, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and making hiring recommendations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the full cycle of recruiting. Works directly with all departments and all levels for their recruiting needs.
- Surfaces candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Pre-screens resumes and evaluates effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools.
- Negotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers.
- Works with agencies, recruiting contractors and/or Internet website representatives in the course of conducting employment advertising campaigns. May provide performance feedback on all recruiting agencies/sources.
- Develop, support and maintain college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum of 5 years experience with full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer extension including required record keeping.
- Recruiting for all levels within the organization.
- Experience managing contract or agency recruiters. Experience working with technology companies preferable.

This position is part time up to 25 hours per week. The hourly rate is $40 to $50/Hr.
