HR PROJECT MANAGER - TRANSFORMATION PROJECT - BANKING
Our client is a leading bank based here in Zurich. They are under-going a large HR Transformation project where they will be implementing a new HR System, which impacts a number of different areas within the bank. This particular position assist in defining the new Payroll solution, as well as the analysis and management of new processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse Global Payroll and Benefits processes, as well as document processes and the various dependencies
- Liaise with SMEs to define the Target Operating Model within the new environment
- Manage project plan
- Liaise with IT and Business stakeholders in understanding the different needs
REQUIREMENTS
- Several years Project Management experience within an HR related function
- Strong business knowledge and proven ability to quickly grasp business strategies and HR implications
- Excellent communication skills
