HR Project Manager - Organisation Design

Project Manager - London- 400 per day - Retail Banking - 6 months + - Immediate Start - Financial Services - HR Transformation - Stakeholder Management - Relationship Management - Business Change - Organisation Design - HR Operations.

Our client, a large and well established, market leading financial services organisation is undertaking a major project. The nature of the project, is such that, it will have a significant impact on the business and the staff, processes and operational procedures. They seek a proactive Project Manager, experienced in human resources transformation projects.

Skills Needed:

- Proven record for delivering HR Function capabilities into large scale organisations
- Thorough understanding of HR Functions role in large scale organisations
- Strong communication skills
- Strong planning and control skills
- Ability to engage with and manage key stakeholders at a senior level
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple work streams in a co-ordinated way
- Experience of delivering large scale projects in challenging timescales within budget/resource constraints
- Experience working on new Organisation Design
- Proven track record of delivery in the HR field
- Understanding of HR operating models
- Planning, control and delivery skills
