RATE: £550-575 DURATION: 6 MONTHS ROLLING

Role

* Project planning of the European Retail Bank Incentive Framework (RBIF) implementation - supporting the European Programme Manager
* Support the RBIF workstreams (HR, Training, KPIs, Performance & Reward etc..) in project managing their business change in a systematic and cohesive way
* Manage consistent and business relevant feedback/ reporting templates across all countries.
* Anticipate programme issues, problems or obstacles in a pro-active way and identify solutions/corrective actions with the relevant owners.
* Participate with and provide inputs to relevance programme governance structures

Skills

* Project Management experience and proven demonstration of project disciplines and methodologies
* Experience of managing change projects - ideally within HR
* Experience of financial services strongly desired
* Attention to detail and ability to operate at pace in a dynamic environment
* Ability to coordinate HR Generalist/Business Support and admin resource
* Experience of operating within a multi-country HR function
* Ability to manage multiple demands
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure relevant communication is provided to each
