Seeking an HR Project Manager to assist with various talent management initiatives.
The person will report to the Manager of Talent Management and scope of work to include:
Serve as project manager for executing a plan to develop an online career pathing tool; will require strong project management and client management skills.
Assist with data entry for annual succession planning process.
Assist Talent Management team with ad-hoc requests as needed, including assisting with coordination for training and development programs.
Collect data from different managers for the internal career path tool.
SKILLS:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree Required
Strong project management, client management, high attention to detail.
Previous HR/Talent Management/Org Development experience preferred.
5 years learning & development exp
PM exp
PMP is a plus.
