HR Project Manager

My client, a prestigious multi-sector organisation based in the North West, are currently looking to attract an experienced HR Project Manager consultant on a contract basis. The HR Project Manager will have experience in working in a business change environment with large Blue Chip clients. The HR Project Manager will be required to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.

The client is undertaking a large transformation programme at the moment in line with group strategy, and the HR Project Manager will be responsible for the separation and transition of services across the business. This is 100% business change role and technical specialists will not be considered.

The HR Project Manager will also be managing a more junior Project Manager and therefore be comfortable in delegating.

Skills and Experience required:

- 5+ years Business Change Project management experience within a large Blue Chip Organisation
- HR Transformation project delivery experience
- Payroll experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable managing key stakeholders across many areas of the business
