HR Project Manager

Our client, a large financial services organisation, are currently recruiting for an HR Project Manager to be based in a high performing team based in Manchester.

In this role, you will be working on the creation of a new HR Shared Services function. This will require you

- Identify the HR processes for the new HRSS
- Support the recruitment programme for the new HRSS
- Identify operational gaps in the current HRSS model
- Support the development of a 'channel strategy' for the new HRSS model
- Develop the training programme for new hire to the HRSS
- Work with the Employee & Manager Engagement work-stream to ensure these customers are familiar with the new ways of working with HR
- Support the infrastructure work-streams (telephony & property)

You will be required to have the following experience:

- Suitable candidates must have established, set up or managed an HR Shared Service Centre in a previous role.
- HR project management background
- Banking/financial services background (highly desirable)
