HR Project Manager

My client is looking for a HR Project Manager to manage the implementation of a new recruitment system.

Experience: -

Previous experience of implementing a recruitment systems such as Taleo
- Preparing proposals for new projects and work for review and approval - Management of projects in accordance with the company's Project Management Methodology (based on PRINCE 2) from initiation to close down
- Managing project budgets and ensuring that the project benefits specified in the proposal/approval documentation are achieved
- Experience of HR Systems projects
- Experience dealing with HR departments
- Experience of delivering projects to time, cost and quality
- Stakeholder management up to board level
- Delivery of projects using a combination of in house and external systems
- Project planning (identifying who needs to be involved, taking into account the availability of others, dependencies between tasks etc)
