HR Project Manager

Our client is a National Service Provider and is currently recruiting for a HR Project Manager on a contract basis for 6 months. The business are currently reviewing the full end to end recruitment process as they recognise there are a number of challenges with the existing recruitment service. Some of the most frequent issues they face are around the use of Oracle iRecruitment, existing process flow and subsequent line management and candidate experience.

They are looking to recruit a Work Stream Project Manager to manage the second phase of the resourcing design/professional service workflow with the end result improving the customer experience.

You will engage with the Resourcing Managers, HRSS and other Work stream Leads across HR and Information Management to develop strategy, policy and process improvements as part of the phase 2.

Responsibilities include mapping out process flow, project governance, ensuring the work stream activity is properly instigated, authorised, communicated, tacked, completed and the impact measured.

Essential skills :- * Strong evidence of communication and Project Management skills delivering changeAdvance influencing, negotiation and relationship management skills
* Previous experience of successful recruitment & Selection end to end process design
* Advance knowledge and understanding of online recruitment systems and recruitment life cycle
* Intermediate knowledge of employment law
