I have an exciting new opportunity for a PROGRAM MANAGER HRIS for a major blue chip company. This is a nice long term contract in a great location., with excellent rates of pay.

The ideal PROGRAM MANAGER HRIS will be responsible for;

- 'End to end' program manager (COPAFIJTH) within the HR department - Organisational Effectiveness;
- Scope Focus Program: Time and attendance outsourcing;
- Ensure the overall functional coherence complementary solutions;
- Ensure alignment of the environment with the HR operating model;
- Ensure compliance of all ongoing subprojects;
- Ensure coherence of the program and to figure driving force in the activities of Project Managers;
- Facilitate the tasks in developing and maintaining the environmental factors and relationships with various stakeholders (stake holder management);
- Management of teams: responsible for program resources planning. You are coaching, inspire and provide feedback for the Evaluation of Project Managers;
- Planning of the program: responsible for the definition of the scope of the program (cost, time and quality);
- Financial management and benefits: responsible for the definition and management of the financial baseline of the program;
- Relationship Management: support and encourage good relations with professionals and senior management to ensure the sponsorship, involvement and commitment over the long term;
- Issue/Risk/Change Management: develop and implement the risk management plan, problems and program changes;
- Service Level Management and Supplier Management: Procurement in cooperation with and according to ING's policies and procedures, manage the preparation and specification of sourcing;
- Closing the program: make sure the planning and implementation of lessons learned related program activities and the decommissioning of the program.
