You MUST hold Security Clearance for these roles; please do not apply if you do not have security clearance - or if your clearance has lapsed.
We are seeking consultants with 8 - 10 years' experience.
Specifically, we are seeking individuals with a big 5 consulting background, or strong tier 2' consulting background.
You should have demonstrable experience in process led transformation; specifically:
Functional experience in HR/Talent Management
- As Is and To Be Process Mapping activity
- Functional and Technical Spec work - ideally within an HRMS/HRIT environment
- Lean Six Sigma demonstrable experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills - top floor to shop floor
Roles are likely to be for a duration of 3 - 6 month, with locations either in London or the M4 corridor.
