The candidate should be good in understanding HR/Payroll, billing processes and translate them to requirements for the IT system (Optima experience preferred though not essential), as well as liaise with the third-party SI and others.
The candidate should be able to translate requirements specified in English and articulate those across to others in Poland as well as ensure it is implemented in the IT systems.
