IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Build a strong relationship with the senior line management and become an accepted partner and coach
-Provide advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding personnel practices, policy and employment laws
-Handle sensitive issues such as involuntary terminations, harassment claims, investigations, performance issues
-Ensure compliance with all discrimination and employment regulations
-Ensure your client group has a PM system consistently applied, controlled and aligned to business strategies with a focus on development
-Ensure a process to track identified training & development needs and give feedback to the HR network
-Coach local line management and support internal promotion
-Develop internal talents and their early developmental assignments
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-University degree in Human Resources, social sciences or business strongly preferred, otherwise other degree plus further HR training/qualifications
-Advanced/business-level/fluent English skills, additional same ability in German strongly preferred
-HR partner generalist experience with direct responsibility for the full range of operational HR generalist activities within a large and complex matrix organisation
-Strong employee relations experience, experience in successfully leading employees and managers through sensitive situations
-Strong communicator, succeeding through influence
-Hands-on, results-driven self-starter with proven planning, prioritisation, problem solving and organisational skills
-Office IT skills including HR database technology preferred
