HR Operations & Recruitment Manager required for a multinational company based in Berkshire to assist with managing headcount, recruitment, reporting, HR Operations, budgeting and forecasting.
The HR Operations & Recruitment Manager will be responsible for:
- Track headcount against FTE budget allocation within the business areas
- Work with stakeholders, on site recruitment partners, in country recruiters and HR Business Partners to ensure recruitment process remains on track and in process across globally
- Provide comprehensive HR support to the HR Business Partner to deliver HR processes including the performance
- Budgeting and forecasting duties including support the HR Business Partner to collate, validate and present data for each budget cycle
