Role Overview
The Marketing Business Manager will work directly for the HR Director and the Windows Phone HR Director and will partner with the HR leadership teams in managing the groups' overall business operations including strategic planning, business rhythms, business intelligence, communication, program management, and people based reporting & analytics. This role partners closely with the HR leadership community, the Skype and Windows Phone Business Managers, Finance and clients to achieve an effective and efficient rhythm of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive strategic and operational business processes including annual planning, scorecard management, budgeting, monthly/quarterly headcount and budget management, etc.
* Work with the team on overall rhythm to ensure it is executed as designed and continually improved, and to communicate and educate the broader organization on rhythms frameworks.
* Develop and implement new business processes and reporting as needed to increase effectiveness and efficiency of the business.
* Drive extended leadership and business management teams through analysis, research and reporting of business operations information.
* Partner with the HR Directors and teams in the development of a variety of communications related to analytics, executive level reports and recommendations, organization meetings, etc.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to the HR Directors, providing insight and advice related to people strategy, operational excellence, headcount, resource planning, offsite and all hands planning and organizational communications.
As a candidate for this position you will be able to demonstrate:
BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
* Proven experience in HR, Finance, project management/business management or Engineering
* Demonstrated experience managing financial budgets and complex processes
As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant. Salary: 45,000 - 50,000
