HR Manager, London, 12 month FTC, £50-60K

My client, a leader in the financial services industry, is looking to appoint an HR Manager for their offices in London for a period of 12 months. The role requires an experienced HR Generalist who can demonstrate commercial acumen and strategic thinking. You will be a commercial thinker with a strategic and operational background. You'll will provide strategic solutions to the leadership team across talent development, performance management, employee relations and reward.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skill set:
Excellent communication skills.
Experience working within a complex Matrix environment, preferably within the financial services industry.
Able to build relationships with all levels of stakeholder.
Strong attention to detail.
CIPD qualified or have relevant experience.
