HR IT Project Manager - HR Outsourcing, RPO, Global frameworks, Recruitment

A Multi-National organisation with a reputation for excellence is looking for a HR IT Project Manager to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) programme.

- Proven experience with set up of a Recruitment Process Outsourcing solution leading the HRIS/IS workstream, ideally from a client/in-house perspective
- Management of all IS activities across a number of stakeholders in a complex global environment
- Demonstrated skills in multi-disciplinary global project management frameworks
- Experience of effective working in a multi-cultural team
- Strong planning experience with globally working teams, with virtual outsourcing arrangements
- All phases of the project life cycle including design, build, test and cutover/implementation
- Proven experience working with 3rd party suppliers; strong negotiation skills

This is an IT focused role.
