MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

- As part of the deployment of a new IT solution to support the management of International Assignees we are looking for a Business Analyst who will support the delivery of phase 4 of the project. This will focus on non-cash cost tracking and payroll integration
- The analysis and planning will be prepared in 2015, for an implementation early 2016 and delivery by mid-2016.
- The project team needs to be strengthened with dedicated resources, including an HRIT business analyst who will be able to prepare the interfacing of the solution with Internal and External Payroll systems.
- Design, together with the respective local payroll responsible the interfaces required.
- Define the plan for implementation, testing and change management and delivery of the proposed solutions in 2016
- Proven records as Business Analyst in HRIT, having strong experience with HR Global Mobility and International Assignment processes.
- An understanding of the nature of assignment related cost data when used for actual and shadow payroll reporting
- A strong understanding of data validation and the importance of this in reporting to fiscal authorities
- An understanding of payroll reconciliation processes
- SAP Payroll experience
- Knowledge of application systems development methodology with the ability to analyze, design, implement, test and release solutions.
- Experience in working in a global environment

REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION:

- 7 - 8 years minimum work experience as a Business Analyst n HRIT, having strong experience with HR Global Mobility and International Assignment processes
- Experience in application systems development methodology with the ability to analyze, design, implement, test and release solutions
- Strong working experience of SAP Payroll
- Experience in Payroll integration and Cost tracking implementation
- Experience working in a global environment
- Fluency in English and German required
