HR Information & Analytics Analyst

OUR GLOBAL FMCG CLIENT URGENTLY REQUIRE AN HR INFORMATION AND ANALYTICS ANALYST TO MANAGE THE FUNCTIONAL INFORMATION STRATEGY, AND DESIGN AND BUILD INSIGHTS AND ANALYTICS FOR FUNCTIONAL STAKLEHOLDERS AND HR SENIOR MANAGEMENT.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Partner directly with HR INFORMATION SPONSORS/CHAMPIONS TO UNDERSTAND THE BUSINESS FUNCTIONAL NEEDS AND PRIORITIES
- Develop and manage the FUNCTIONAL INFORMATION STRATEGY, priortizing the information portfolio into managable project opportunities
- Pro-actively and rapidly DESIGN AND BUILD INSIGHTS AND ANALYTICS FOR HR STAKEHOLDERS
- Provision of ad-hoc information requests to senior HR leadership, including analysis and analytics, using both HR data, other internal data and external data sources, where appropriate
- Champion Information & Analytics with clients and users and drive behavioural change
- Evaluate and structure each functional opportunity into appropriate projects with clear deliverables, timelines and cost
- Work with the Business Information Team Manager to establish and operate the governance mechanism to steer the projects (including support on prioritisation, funding and resource commitments)
- Work with HR management to ENSURE MAXIMUM UTILIZATION OF INFORMATON SOLUTIONS
- Ensure that improvements are made in the business operations as information projects go live
- Provide support for the functional information area, including information applications

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Bachelor-level degree in a numerate disciplin
- PROVISION OF INFORMATION in a business environment
- STRONG HR EXPERIENCE in Reward, Global Mobility or Learning
- Building ANALYTICAL MODELS
- INFORMATION DESIGN and delivery
- Data visualisation
- STAKEHOLDER management
- Understanding business problems and how information can be used to solve them
- Statistical analysis and design
- Mathematical modelling
- Change management
