This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring HRMI Analyst to join a leading organisation in Bolton.
Temporary contact initially six months duration. £25,000
This position would suit an experienced HRMI Analyst, a graduate who is looking to learn and develop, or a junior HR professional with a keen interest in Analyses and reporting.
Key Accountabilities Developing timely HR data models and analyses and produce accurate and relevant reporting Responsibility for the maintenance of procedures to ensure data integrity and assist with data checking and statistical analysis.
Key skill include:
Good communication skills both written and verbal; Excellent organisational skills and time management; Quality conscious, thorough attention to detail; Experience of working in pressurised environment; Excel/MS Word/Outlook skills/SAP
