HR Generalist/HR Officer - 6 Month FTC

HR GENERALIST/HR OFFICER - 6 MONTH FULL TIME FTC. WEST LONDON. £30K - £33K PRO RATA + BONUS.

Our prestigious client have an urgent requirement for an experienced HR Generalist/HR Officer who has previous experience of working with Trade Unions to join the business on an initial 6 month full time FTC, with the potential for the role to turn into a permanent position.

The purpose of the role will be to manage a team of 2 HR Analysts in a fast paced environment as well as performing numerous generalist HR tasks (Absences, Grievances etc).

The successful candidate will have:

- Previous experience of undertaking HR Generalist/HR Officer roles
- CIPD certification
- Previous experience of working with Unions
- A front footed and pro active approach to their work

Additionally, it would be desirable for the successful candidate to have previous experience of working in the manufacturing or FMCG sector.

This role is an urgent requirement, so people that are immediately available or on a short notice period would be preferred.
