HR Generalist - Dutch Speaking

I am currently looking for a HR Generalist to work for my client based between Maastricht and Rijen. You will be required to work in both locations and divide your time up during the week.

This is a maternity cover position, starting IMMEDIATELY until June 2017.

We are looking for candidates who speak fluent Dutch.

REQUIREMENTS

- A Bachelor or Masters degree in Human Resources or related field is required
- 5 years working experience in an HR generalist function or related
- Native/fluent Dutch speaker
- Good verbal & written language skills in English
- Willing to travel throughout the Netherlands. You will be working 2 or 3 days a week at the office in Maastricht and 2 or 3 days a week at the office in Rijen (which is the main office of Ericsson Netherlands). Travelling to the office in Sliedrecht on an occasional basis might also be needed as requested
- Profound knowledge of Dutch labor law
- You are able to work independently
- Used to work in a highly complex international organization
- Experienced to work in a technical oriented environment
