HR Generalist - 6 months - Hinckley (With weekly travel to Warwick) - Negotiable Rate

A leading Energy and Utility client of Hyphen is looking for a HR Generalist. This is a specific project that sits within Gas Distribution (operations) and a target has been set within this area to reduce the average number of sick days.

HR Specialist (sickness Absence)

Hinckley (one day per week in Warwick)
6 months

Skills/Experience required:

Experience of partnering within the business to manage sickness absence
Working with a range of stakeholders to implement HR strategy
Provide advice and guidance to supervisors and line managers in managing absence
Working with the existing case management team to facilitate training and awareness interventions as required
Partner with various stakeholders (Occupational Health, case management)
Preferred CIPD Qualified
Proactive, attention to detail and ability to build good relationships
