HR ER Manager - Major Airline £160-180 a day

My client a Major Airline with an international presence is looking for a HR People Delivery Manager with ER experience who can handle the pressure, work at a fast pace and who can always deliver. The role will be for three months but look to go Perm. With an opportunity to have Gold on your CV

Rate: £160-180 a day

ROLE

Deliver HR initiatives, ensuring that the HR service provision is functioning as required, and that all HR enquiries receive responses promptly and appropriately.

SKILLS

- In-depth working knowledge and understanding of UK employment law and best practices.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of all relevant people policies within a unionised environment
- Some IR experience, preferably including TU/Works Councils negotiation, consultation, TUPE, redundancies and workforce rationalisation projects.
- Proven experience in delivering or supporting delivery of successful people change programmes (within multiple countries if possible).
- Knowledge/understanding of the HR legislation landscape within each in-scope country in this role's global remit.
- Ability to compare and contrast labour law across different countries and to translate this knowledge to business stakeholders in relevant terms

Prior experience in delivering or supporting delivery of HR strategy, policies and practices within an organisation (start-up or M&A environments advantageous)
