TITLE: Human Resource Disability Case Specialist
Will be handling HR Issues pertaining to Disability Cases for Kaiser

Hours: 8:00-5:00 pm

Job Description:
HR Disability Case Specialist-Not a Management role but Managing Cases Processes & Issues
Will be coordinating the Disability Management Program at the Fresno facility.
Will provide guidance to employees and managers with respect to return to work and other disability related benefits.
Will be responsible for  managing the reporting systems of these claims and reporting to management and providing  monthly reporting. They will also provide reports to Human Resources.
These reports must meet the Disability Guidelines for the organization.
Familiarity with FMLA/ADA CFRA and FEHA a plus
Serve as a consultant to Managers & Supervisors regarding Disability Management.
Serve as a resource to Disabled employees regarding the Transitional Return to Work Program and other disability Benefits and Leave of Absences
Coordinate with the HR Disability Consultant and External Vendors to ensure Compliance and Regulatory Compliance.
Coordinate with Supervisors  at the HRSC to ensure Prompt Reporting of Claims and timely Response.
Ensure Appropriate Integration of all Disability Related Benefits
Coordinate with Claims Administrator to ensure timely and accurate processing of company Benefits
Conduct Compensation Reviews of Positions on a routine basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

Health Screen Required
High School or GED required, 4 year degree preferred

MIN 1 YEAR OF RELATED EXPERIENCE
