HR Director - SC Cleared

ROLE:                     HR DIRECTOR

Location:             Whitehall, London.

DURATION:             7 MONTHS CONTRACT

KEY TASKS AND DELIVERABLE:

The task of redesigning the organization structure to re-balance media delivery towards the social/digital/proactive space, requires a dedicated HR professional project officer capable of developing and delivering coherent and comprehensive HR components of the change agenda.

TASKS INCLUDE: - - Developing the organization design, addressing cultural change across existing teams, -
- Developing job roles in the new environment - developing a skills strategy for the individuals and teams consistent with the professionalization of the Defence communication cadre
- Producing job descriptions/tors for the new organization (which will include military staff) which are consistent and coherent with the aims and structure of the new organization
- Managing the post filling exercise - developing training and engagement plans and events for staff in the new structure.
- Delivering and closing the project while complying with departmental HR policy rules and guidance.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE:

Relevant professional HR qualifications and a track record of delivering HR change Programmes affecting specialist professional staff within wider organizations of complexity of Defence Client
